Initial Jewelry - $15+: Circular barbells, captive bead rings (CBRs) and retainers are all viable initial jewelry options typically starting at a 16g or a 14g. Retainers are preferable among those who need to hide the jewelry for work or schooling purposes, as they can be flipped up during the healing process.
