Vertical Lip/Labret - $45 /Piercing Fee

Vertical Lip piercings can be so unique to you! They are usually pierced center on the lower lip displaying a barbell featuring either two gems or two beads. The choice is yours, though! These piercings can be on the upper lip or have lately been featured as pairs whether that be a cool set of lowers or a neat set on the upper lip! The angle of these can also create one’s own quirky look, but can be anatomy dependent to do so at times. Lastly, the “Inverse Vertical Lip” aka “Ashley” piercing, the single-point-looking lip piercing, featured in the center of the actual lip and pierced inwards. It creates such a glamorous look! Initial Jewelry - $35+

We will generally start these piercings on a curved barbell as to streamline the healing even if a ring and the ring angle of a piercing is what the end goal is. We have classic bead options, spikes, and a handful of gems or stones. Gold is also an option, but we do recommend waiting to get in your healed size -what we call a downsize- to purchase a bar made of solid gold.

Connected Chakra: Lip piercings land on the Throat Chakra. A craving of this piercing can be revealing of energy needed to be disbursed to find a means to express the true intentions of one’s self.

Healing: This piercing will usually feel healed about 2 months into the healing process, but for most of these, it takes anywhere between 6-12 months to completely heal.

Alternatives: A classic Labret piercing is a great alternative, especially if you desire to have a ring resting in your piercing eventually!
